Quality Code

Code has many facets and each can have a quality level.

A short analogy.

What is a quality car?
If a car has well behaved driving characteristics then some will say
it is a quality car.

If a car has a low problem/issue rate then some will say it is a
quality car.

If a car has a good paint job and well fiting fenders and doors some
will say it is a quality car.

If a car has an engine that is well balanced and smooth running some
will say it is a quality car.
